We seek a software distributor with at least an active online software selling business, and if possible also a retail distribution channel. The distiributor will localize the software into the local language and provide technical support to local customers. Pricing will be decided by distributor. We require 20% royalty on sales. The product is currently being sold in Japan and the United States.

An easy to use program for quickly and easily creating floor plans. Works on Windows XP and Vista. Contains all the tools required to draw simple plans. Features 9 layers and also libraries of often used objects. Users can create their own libraries. Plans can be made in different scales and units (millimeter, centimeters, meters, feet and inches). Can also be used for creating maps or any other kind of drawing. Also useful for creating pamphlets and other DTP tasks. Text can be rotated, colored and have patterns applied to it. New version with hollow wall tool etc under development.Product can be modified to suit local market if needed.
